I bought this monitor from TigerDirect and was disappointed to receive a monitor with two bad pixels. Apparently, a lot of display manufacturers allow 5 or less bad pixels which surprised me. The problem for online buyers, is you're out of luck for making a return as they will not accept it unless its over 5 bad pixels. However, if I bought the same monitor at a retail store, there would be no problem returning it. I think companies like viewsonic intentionally dump these bad monitors on the online market knowing people cannot return them.
