its nice but there are two drawbacks worth mentioning. first, there is minor light bleed around the edges of the screen when its a black backround. second, the base is not as supportive as other monitor bases. there are many positives. nice screen, no dead pixels, matte screen so no reflection issues, three year warranty, effective cable management in base and passable built in speakers. comparing hp's w2207 and this is a no brainer. if you have the extra $ and don't mind the reflection, get the hp. if they made the hp in matte with front firing speakers it would be a different story.
