A 4ms refresh rate makes this a 46" PC monitor! I plugged my laptop into one of the many available ports and watched you tube videos. It has a LAN connection, I plugged in a card reader and viewed my pictures on TV without a PC plugged in, it has it's own browser for the stock market, weather etc. I got mine with a free articulating wall mount and the best part is the great looking action. No jagged lines or blurring.
