Got it, plugged it in, works great! What more could you want to know. I was initially concerned because of it's low price compared to all the other options out there. It's minimal with all the functionality I wanted. I placed the eye behind and above the plasma TV. I used a piece of cardboard with a small 1/4" hole in it to confirm my cable box IR eye location, then stuck the flasher at that spot. Plugged it in and it works great!
