Grado SR-80 Headphones
The Grado SR80s are a good sounding headphone for listening with an amplifier. They have a flexible, soft vinyl headband. The headband and earpeices are connected by metal height adjusters, which adjust the height of your head with the center of your ear. These nifty adjusters also allow the earpiece to rotate a full 360 degrees, permitting them to lie flat on a surface perfect when packing in a suitcase. The earpad is a coarse, densely pored foam pad, which does not cover the driver it makes a ring around the outer sides of the earpiece with the center cut out. Grado has come out with a new, softer earpad, which is much more comfy, that can be purchased separately. The SR80s come terminated to a mini and come with a 1/8-1/4 inch adapter. They have a straight cord that attaches to both of the earpieces.
