When I first bought this router, I didn't know about its incompatibility with AOL Broadband, since Belkin is not currently one of their authorized supplier for wireless routers. When I learned about this, I was somewhat skeptical and was actually thinking on returning it. But after getting on the phone with Belkin Technical Support, I was able to get it up and running in no time. This router is a superb product and I'm very satisfied with the results. Belkin support team is just excellent and their service is one of a kind!! I highly recommend this product.
