The Sony KDL46XBR5 is better than I ever expected. The color,picture quality and the definition in the picture is like you are sitting in front of the actors in person. The Piano Black finish gives just a little definition that will snap your head when you see it. Plasmabay was great to do business with and the delivery service kept in touch with me while they were delayed with a flat on the rear tire that they were not aware they had. He also unpacked the TV to ensure no damage occured during shipping. Great delivery service !! The experience was a 10 +
